The project had been awarded as Best Service Project of Europe in 1994 by Mercedes-Benz, Germany
Covering 13,000 m², the complex consists of service facilities, office spaces, spare part warehouses, accessories production halls, cafeteria, petrol station, recreational areas and a showroom.
Within the scope of the project, Prota perforemed consultancy services for the following;
- The structural R/C and steel calculations and drawings,
- Electrical and Mechanical engineering projects,
- R/C prefabricated system analysis,
- Soil and foundation system design,
- Construction consultancy and site supervision,
- Quantity estimations and surveying,
- Preparation tender documents and quantity estimation,
- Infra-structural facilities piling and drainage projects.
