The 15,000 m² auxilary hospital is situated on the existing hospital area in Karadeniz Technical University Campus
The Farabi hospital is located in Trabzon the Black Sea Region of Turkey. The hospital was built in the Karadeniz Technical University Campus in 1993 with a total of 600 bed capacity. The 300 bed capacity annex building (B Block) was added to the hospital in 2005.
Prota provided structural engineering preliminary and final designs, detailed drawings and preparation of tender documents for the annex Building of the Farabi Hospital. The auxiliary hospital is situated on the existing hospital area in Karadeniz Technical University Campus
The hospital had a total construction area of 15,000 m². Prota was responsible for the structural design and the preparation of tender documents.
